蒸发器出现漏孔的修补方式：

1、针对蒸发器铜管式蒸发器，泄漏通常都出现在焊接的地方，找到漏孔以后，应及时补漏。

2、针对展示柜蒸发器不用拆卸就可以补漏的蒸发器，补焊前，要先剪开展示柜蒸发器压缩机上的封口，并对展示柜蒸发器稍微加热，使展示柜蒸发器内制冷剂产生的蒸汽从封口处排出。补焊时，要用银枪焊，而且通常都是用小号焊枪及焊嘴，同时火焰不能太强，并尽可能地缩短补焊时间，且动作迅速准确补漏，防止加热时间过长导致展示柜蒸发器大面积变形。
